Aside from inviting you to order my book
(available in digital download and in paperback),
whether it is for you or for a friend,
I also strongly recommend you get the titles here below
(linked for you on each image)
THE best title on Pet Grief that saved me during my grief:
"The Loss of a Pet" (Dr. Wallace Sife), is by far THE best book on pet grief I have ever read, so much so that I reached out to the author and was lucky to study with him. Dr. Sife was THE pioneer of the field of pet grief support many decades ago at Cornell Veterinary. Sadly my teacher passed of Covid in April 2020. His legacy is priceless.
These next two titles are excellent about human grief, and can absolutely be applied to pet grief - I recommend them both as audiobooks, linked for you:
"Promise Me Dad" (Biden)
"It's Ok you're not Ok" (Devine)
While they are not about pet grief specifically, at THE best two tiles I have read on grief. They personally helped me during my darkest times and I strongly recommend them as audiobooks.
During early grief, it can be quite difficult to read, and absorb anything; so listening to a different voice than the voice in our heads can be extremely soothing. I know it was for me. I invite you to click on them to download them.
This title is a must if a child is involved:
"Until We Meet again" (Melissa Lyons) regular book + kindle book is excellent if children are grieving their pet.
